What we do…
The Pathways Community Crisis Center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We serve individuals 18 years and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis including substance abuse challenges. Pathways Community crisis center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. Our center welcomes all adults regardless of background. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hrs and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include: Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.

- Behavioral health crisis
- Substance use & addiction
- Individuals who need resources to:
- Financial assistance
- Basic living needs
- Outpatient, medical, mental health & referrals to higher level of care
- General support
- Excessively violent and create a safety hazard for others.
- In last 24 hours actively attempted suicide in a manner that exhibits lethal means and intent.
- Medically unstable, including those who are assessed as needing detoxification services.
- Non-Ambulatory and Incoherent.
